Oats pancakes 

Eat your breakfast ‘king size’  this is the most common phrase we have heard a lot of times but that doesn’t mean that you start eating pizza or those stuffed paratha topped with loads of butter, it’s always said to eat your breakfast king size because it’s necessary to get nutrients required for the body so that you can carry out daily activities essentially plus it gets digested due to metabolism of your body, so why not consume something that is easily digestable, healthy and really tasty.. 

Cooking & preparation time: 20-25 mins

Serves :2 ( 4 roundell, chappati sized) 

Ingredients :

  • 10 tbsp of Oats (plain oats) 
  • 4 tbsp Semolina 
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 spring onions 
  • 1 carrot 
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • Salt to taste 
  • Black pepper
  • 1 green chilli 
  • Water as required 
  • Oil for cooking 

    Method :

    • Mix Oats and Semolina with curd and keep aside for 15 mins. 
    • Now add remaining items and mix well (you can add veggies of your choice) , add water as required to make the batter little thin.  
    • Heat a pan, add a laddel of batter and cook. 

    Eat with chutney or combine with curd and enjoy the healthy snack..
