Craving for those uncle chips or lays potato chips which are high in calories with sweet potato wafers which are lower in calories and will not exceed the total calories required by your body as it contributes to 7-8 % of calorie intake only required daily.. High in nutrients leading to lower cholesterol levels, controlling hunger.
So replacing potato with sweet potato is better idea. I wouldn’t say you can always consume sweet potato to remain healthy, instead to fulfill you urge its better to go for this one.
Serves : 1 full bowl
- 4 sweet potatoes
- Chat Masala
- Wash sweet potatoes and cut thin slices.
- Put few drops of oil on the slices and sprinkle some salt so tha it gets coated.
- Bake them in microwave by preheating oven at 250 celsius and then bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees, you can deep fry them also but don’t add salt before if you are frying it.
- Now add salt, pepper and chat Masala
