- 4 cups youghurt
- 8 tablespoons sugar granules
- 1 banana cut in small pieces
- an apple a day keeps the doctor away,cut into small pieces
- 1 pomegranate,to keep your hemoglobin level high
- 6 almonds3 cardamon for flavor and aroma,grinded
- 1 spoon chironji
4 almonds and 3 banana slices.
- Take yogurt and hang it in a muslin clothfor an hour,use hung curd and add all theingredients in it and mix well.
- Transfer it in a container and refrigerateatleast for an hour.
- Serve chilled with grated almonds,almonds pieces and banana slices..
