Dahi kabab is a savouring recipe that you can cook anytime, as they are easy to cook so have a good time over the kabab date with your family or friends, or why not date with food, have some me time that is just you and kabab’s….Enjoy the recipe, ohhh!!! hold on you must be thinking about calories, must be resisting yourself but i have a good news for you, its a healthy recipe, just have a look at the ingredients and you will find it out yourself…
Cooking time : 15-20 mins
Serves: 4-5 (10-15 balls)
150 gms paneer
125 gms curd
1 tbsp garam masala
few coriander leaves
1 green chilli
2 tbsp gram flour
1/2 spoon garlic onion paste (optional)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste
oil for cooking (ghee or olive oil or any other oil you prefer)
Hang curd in a muslin cloth for about an hour at least.
Mix hung curd, paneer, garam masala, chopped chilli, gram flour and salt.
Make small balls, flatten a little and roll over bread crumbs.
Refrigerate the balls for at least 15-20 mins, you can keep them for longer.
Flatten them a little now heat oil in pan and shallow fry them.
Ready to eat and enjoy, serve with green chutney or sauce..
