Eatable Rangoli

Happy Diwali…..

Datewithfood wishes a very happy Diwali to all and brings for you an eatble rangoli made of rice and whipped cream, ‘karte hai kuch hatt ke’….

Ingredients:

Boiled Rice

Sugar

Whipped cream

Cardamom powder

Orange & green color

Steps:

In a pan add ghee, half boiled rice, half sugar and pinch of  orange colour, in other pan add left rice, sugar and green colour, top both with cardamom powder…

Take a plate outline with whipped cream and fill with rice, decorate and serve….
